Statement of Faith

  1. We are Christians offering Christian ministry; therefore we profess Jesus of Nazareth as our Lord and Savior and believe that this profession is central to physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
  2. We hold the Christian Scriptures, written during the Apostolic Era, as the highest form of Christian authority, as understood and interpreted within our various Christian traditions.
  3. We share belief in the Nicene Creed.
  4. We believe in ecclesial government. However, we understand that various Christian communities exercise different forms of governance and while professing our individual beliefs; we are supportive of a person's choice of conscience and the diversity that exists among Christian traditions.
  5. We share belief in the unity of Christians based upon their profession of faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior and we support the choice to be baptized into Christ and the Christian community.
  6. We are an all-denominational Christian outreach ministry that welcomes all regardless of creed in the tradition of Jesus of Nazareth.
  7. We believe in the integration of body, mind and spirit; therefore, we support physical, mental and spiritual healing in a Christian environment grounded in Scripture, prayer and community.
  8. We believe that the family is the foundation of society and that parents are the primary educators of their children; therefore, we offer healing for the individual in the context of family ministry.
